Ingredients
¼ cup chili powder
¼ cup ground cumin
¼ cup paprika
¼ cup sugar
¼ cup dried minced garlic
2 Tbsp. ground black pepper
1 Tbsp. mustard powder
1 Tbsp kosher salt
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a small bowl. Store in a tightly covered container.
Note: I store my rub in a pint canning jar that has a shaker lid so I can easily add it when needed.
