Ingredients
1 ½ - 2 lbs. red-skin potatoes, cubed
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 cup milk
salt
and pepper to taste
Directions
Add potatoes to a large pot and cover with cold water. Add salt to the water and bring
to a boil. Cook until potatoes tender but still
firm (about 15 minutes). Drain.
Add
butter to potatoes.
Using a potato
masher, mash potatoes and slowly blend in milk until smooth and creamy. Season
with salt and pepper to taste.
