Sautéed Spinach

This is a very simple side dish that is quick, easy and healthy.  Honestly there is not too much to it and it cooks in under 5 minutes start to finish.   Enjoy!

Ingredients
20 oz. bag baby spinach leaves, rinsed well
1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
8 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Salt and pepper

Directions

Heat the olive oil with the garlic in a medium nonstick skillet over medium heat until the garlic is golden brown.  Add the spinach to the pan, add the lid and cook until tender, about 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
