I love bacon, but don't like the splatter and mess associated with frying it. Cooking bacon in the over reduces the mess and produces wonderful results.

Ingredients
8 to 10 slices Sprouts smoked bacon
Directions
Preheat oven to 400° F.
Lay the bacon on a rack set into a sheet pan and bake for 15 to 20 minutes until the bacon is crispy. Remove from oven and place bacon on a plate lined with paper towels.
